HEM1601CR Harsh Environment IO Module

The HEM1601CR is an intelligent distributed IO module designed for harsh environments, launched by Changsha Pulo Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. It aims to provide efficient and reliable electrical control system optimization solutions for construction machinery and automated equipment. This module integrates multiple input and output functions, adapting to various complex and harsh industrial field environments.

1. Highly configurable input/output channels:

The HEM1601CR provides a total of 16 input/output channels (up to 10 inputs/up to 14 outputs). Each channel can be configured for different functions, such as 0-5V/0-32V voltage input, 0-20mA current input, high-active/low-active digital input/output, PWM (pulse width modulation) output, and H-bridge output, greatly enhancing the system's flexibility and adaptability.

2. Powerful computing and communication capabilities:

Built-in Cortex M4 32-bit processor with a clock speed of up to 120MHz, ensuring the module's efficient data processing capabilities. Supports one CAN 2.0B communication interface, with a communication distance of up to 1500 meters, suitable for long-distance data transmission needs.

3. Wide voltage input and protection level:

Wide voltage input range of 8-32VDC, adapting to different voltage levels of power supply. Protection level reaches IP67, effectively preventing dust and water ingress, ensuring stable operation of the module in harsh environments.

4. Wireless communication support:

The module supports wireless communication functions, with an operating frequency of 425~450.5MHz, high receiving sensitivity (-108dBm), and a transmission power of 14dBm, facilitating remote monitoring and data transmission.

5. High reliability and environmental adaptability:

After rigorous environmental tests, including low temperature, high temperature, impact, and vibration tests, ensuring reliable operation of the module under various extreme conditions. Excellent electromagnetic compatibility, passing multiple anti-interference tests such as electrostatic discharge, electrical fast transient pulse group, and surge.

6. Rich status indication and diagnostic functions:

Equipped with four LED status lights: power indicator, operation indicator, error indicator, and communication indicator, allowing users to quickly identify the module's operating status and fault information.
